The British Grand Prix is a sellout every year, as often up to half the cars on the grid are entered by British teams and British drivers. A successful local driver certainly adds to the already overcharged atmosphere, but is never guaranteed. In a typical English summer packed with top-class sporting activity, the British Grand Prix stands out as an event of national importance. The normally sleepy country lanes of Northamptonshire become quite active with the thousands arriving on race day, so why not take advantage of our hotel all-inclusive packages, and leave the driving to us! Stay in quaint Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace, with centuries-old thatched cottages. |
