Booking - A
non-refundable deposit of 25% (50% for Wimbledon, The Masters &
Special Events) of the total tour cost per person is due to confirm your reservation.
Balance - The total remaining balance is due 60 days before the event.
Prices - All prices are
net per person, double occupancy. Single supplement prices available on request. All prices are subject to change should conditions warrant.
Cancellations &
Fees - If, after receipt of deposit by Sportstours, a cancellation is made for any reason other
than Sportstours’ inability to provide the tour(s) and/or tickets requested, the following cancellation fees apply: 1) All deposits are non-refundable. 2) Failure to submit final payment to Sportstours by payment due date constitutes full cancellation and complete forfeiture of all moneys paid to Sportstours at that time. 3) Any cancellations made after final payment due date will result in all payments paid to Sportstours being forfeited.
Disclaimer/Responsibility - In offering this program for sale, Sportstours acts only in the capacity of agent for all tour operators, hotels, airlines and others who are providing transportation, accommodations, entrance tickets and other services in this program. Sportstours reserves the right to accept, or to retain or refuse to retain any person as a member of any program or tour, or to cancel any tour if circumstance so warrant. If Sportstours cancels any tour program for any reason whatsoever, all moneys paid to Sportstours will be fully refunded. Because of its status as an agent, Sportstours can accept no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal delays, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned by either (1) wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any suppliers or
their employees, (2) any defect or failure of any vehicles, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by suppliers, or (3) any wrongful or negligent act or omission on the part of any party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Sportstours. Sportstours shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused by terrorist activities, social or labor causes, disease or climactic conditions. Payment of deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance by the passenger(s) to all provisions to this disclaimer.
Travel cancellation/Medical
Insurance - Sportstours strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance, and an application will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
Tickets
- Event tickets sold separately or in conjunction with a tour package
are non-refundable and non-exchangeable should the event be cancelled or
changed for any reason whatsoever.
