The famous Indy 500 continues to prove itself one of the greatest spectacles in racing. The setting is absolutely thrilling at this largest single-day sporting event in the world. Pre-race ceremonies include a parade, celebrities, bands and “500” festival Queen & Court. Jim Nabors sings the nostalgic “Back Home Again in Indiana”, fighter planes fly in formation overhead as taps is played, thousands of balloons are released...and then the command is heard by all “Gentleman, start your engines”! Both engines and crowd explode simultaneously, the flag signals the start of the race, and the excitement continues until the waving checkered flag crowns the 1999 Indianapolis 500 Champion!

• Breakfast daily at the hotel
• Private coach transfers to Motor Speedway on Saturday, and with a police escort on Sunday
